Steven L. Radford, DPT received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Central Arkansas in 2003. He has been practicing therapy services since 2003. Steven is originally from Central Arkansas; he and his wife, Tabitha, and their 2 children moved to Siloam Springs July of 2013 and took over the services offered at 3D Physical Therapy.
Kimberly Edwards, DPT received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Tennessee in 2008 and practiced in Colorado for 8 years before joining the team at 3D PT in June of 2016 after she moved to the area with her husband, Paxton and their 2 children. She specializes in pelvic health therapy and earned her CAPP certification in 2017 for treating patients with pelvic disorders. Kim enjoys running, swimming, cycling and being an active promoter of healthy lifestyles.
Paxton Edwards, DPT received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Tennessee in 2008 and practiced in Colorado for 8 years before moving to the area with his family. Paxton joined the team at 3D Physical Therapy in 2018. He has worked in a variety of physical therapy settings, but specializes in evaluating and treating orthopedic issues. During his free time, Paxton enjoys running, cycling, making pizza, and wood working.
All three providers are certified through Kintacore for Trigger Point Dry Needling.
Office:
Lidia Perez, Office Manager, has been fulfilling clerical needs for 3DPT since 2016. Originally from Puerto Cortez, Honduras she moved to Siloam Springs in 2014 with her husband and 2 children. Lidia can assist with scheduling and answering any questions concerning payment options and/or insurance benefits. Lidia can also assist with Hispanic speaking clients.
